I'm Lee, I'm 34 years old and I live with my wife Hayley, first child Aidan (4) and baby Joel (just born). We live in Nottinghamshire.

I have been writing songs on and off since I was about 16 years old, back then I wanted to be in my own band but didn't do anything about it. Now older and wiser I've dusted down the songs that have chart potential and had them produced to a modern standard whilst this has kick started the creativity genes again and I'm writing new material and more importantly, doing something with the material, else paying for studio time is a tad futile.

I'm hoping for that all elusive publishing interest, whether to place songs for current artists, up and coming artists or placing songs for synch licensing.

If I didn't have to work for my current employer (currently in computer hardware sector) I would like to set up a recording suite and help produce music for singer/songwriters just as I have been helped.

 I'd like to make a living through music - doing something that I enjoy, and I suspect I'm not alone with this dream. I'm even having scary thoughts like forming a group and being the writer/producer as I think it might be the only way of getting material out there. Either that or be in a group myself - eeeeeeeek!
